I've dumped the deal. they wanted money in dollars while loan is in Russian rubles. And it would be my pain in da arse to converse rubles to dollars. Man, people get killed with a blink of an eye, for less sums than that. No way I would wanted to walk around with such 'pile' of money. Even if I would be accompanied with one or two armed men.
Also they wanted to strict curse of RUR to USD as 29,06 RUR per USD but change of the rate in .10 rubles gives a 1k$USD bite in da meh pocket. FukU, I'm autta here.

A newapartment60 square meters of concrete box at the ninth floor for 171k$ is almost at the reach of my hand. Damn, but it's scares me. It's feels like sign in for a 20 year sentence. Being unable for 5 fokin' years, a minimum, have a long distance trip to Argentina or Malaysia. Because 'we can't afford that', 'why don't you earn more money', why, why, why, you, you, you.
I simply hate myself. Not for this cowardly behaviour, but for sitting and doing nothing. I could be at the middle of doing some tremendously awesome IT startup. But instead of this I'm crying like a sissy. What do I waiting for? What, what, wha?

My wife's massagist asked me, - Do you know a person who could make an "online shop" and how much would it cost? A quick survey in Russian part of the net popped out ~1k$ price. Maybe I should charge half of that and create shop at shopify.com?

Just figured out. Left stop signal (broken in pieces), back door has two inches wide half inch deep ugly scar. It's must be some drunkard on the truck, from the market nearby, made it.

Помнится Давыдов форсил не только свои унылые мемы, но и блог торговца мясом. "Мясник" пропал куда то, похоже публичность стала ему мешать, вот он свой бложик и свернул. Но я давеча был на обычном Московском рынке, что на Планерной. Был приятно удивлен уровнем оформления некоторых торговых точек. Совсем не так. Все достаточно мило и опрятно. Моя жена считает что только так, красотой и чистотой, серьезных клиентов и можно привлечь, но мне отчего-то кажется что не последнюю роль здесь сыграл "блог торговца мясом".

Damn. Mom said, - You've spoiled your boy. But how is that happened? I just wanted to make him happy and most of the time tried to do thing that he asked for. But now he is being two yerars old is screaming and gets angry if something goes not the way he wanted. Sure I can turn "I don't give a fuck" mode at any time and even slap him once. And sometimes I actually do. But I feel so terrible afterwards. My son is calm and kinda shy in public, but at home he behavs as such a naughty boy.

Can't tell you how I'am afraid of signing 20-25 years contract for 250k$ loan. Currenlty I'm only on planning stage. Have even not filled pre-approval. But shitting bricks already. I'm deadly afraid to put myself and even worse, my family(kid and wife), in povetry. I remember the nineties in Russia(I was born in Murmansk region in 1976, and felt all that perestroika and glasnost shit with my gut), and don't want such expirience to my son. And even smallest posibility that if something go wrong and I'll have to start make savings again for common things like bread and sugar is killing me.

Submitted mine CV at joelonsoftware's new beta project stackoverflow-careers. Here it is Wrote some info about my professional expirience. :) Also paid 29$ for three years.(but I think would cancel the subscription in a week or two) Funny things about this 'beta'. Their payment submital page has an error. When address2 line empty, form submit fails with message "Can't process request". But with underscore symbol submit passess.

Сон мне сегодня приснился. Что я стою на краю улицы, между припаркованных машин, а по улице едут грузовики с людьми в кузове. Люди скандируют мою фамилию, делая ударение не на тот слог и машут флагами. Белый, с красной горизонтальной полосой. Я, будущий диктатор, радуюсь в месте со всеми. Потом меня заметили полицейские в противогазах. Они как раз шли вдоль припаркованных машин. Я что-то струхнул и давай от них убегать. Добежал до кирпичной будки внутри здания, на крыше, под листом растрескавшейся ДСП лежали мои дневники. Я схватил один, радуясь тому что стал обладателем предсказаний на ближайшие сто лет и можно будет почитать о том как я пришел к власти.
